When we started this journey together you told me you were sick of feeling invisible when being compared to men who have not even half your charisma, just because they knew what they were doing in the gym.

Looking at me today, you wouldn't be able to guess that I was once a skinny 15 year old who had just been dropped from the rugby team and had no idea what I was going to do with my life.
Growing up in Ireland, nobody would have described me as a sporty child. I lacked discipline and any technical knowledge of how I should be eating or training.
But I did have a goal. I wanted to look and feel the best I possibly could. So, inspired by my Rugby heroes (and the physiques and bank accounts they had), I got to work making some serious changes.
I left home at seventeen to pursue a career in professional sports and now I've been playing professional rugby for over four years in Australia and the UK as well as representing Ireland in a Rugby League World Cup.
People often assume athletes are born, but the truth is they're built. Because I wasn't a natural talent myself I know first hand that I can help anyone to achieve their fitness goals and change their life in the process.
