Looking at me today, you wouldn't be able to guess that I was once a skinny 15-year-old who had just been dropped from the rugby team and had no idea what I was going to do with my life.
Growing up in Ireland, nobody would have described me as a sporty child. I lacked discipline and any technical knowledge of how I should be eating or training.
